Welcome to Allwood Machinery!! We are very proud of our building that we first purchased back in October of 2018.   We are still continuing our renovations today and planning to add additional second floor apartments.

However when we first found this building it was in very rough shape.  Most of the warehouse windows were boarded up.  The piping and electrical wiring had all been stripped.  The floor for the kitchen and office bathroom did not even exist anymore.  There were two apartments upstairs but they had become very rundown over the years.  Luckily for us the building had great bones and was waiting for someone to come along and restore it.

The main renovations to the office/ warehouse included all new black windows, central heat & ac, new plank flooring, exposing some of the old brick, restoring the original tin ceilings and a load of new paint everywhere.
