Above our office are two two bedroom apartments that are currently being rented.  When we found them, both were in terrible condition and left in a disaster state.  Both apartments had to be completely gutted.  There are new hardwood floors, sheetrock, black windows, cabinets and all new appliances in each apartment.  Both have a modern open concept design and a 1 min walk to the wood-ridge station that is only two stops to New York Penn Station.
